NS NORFOLK SOUTHERN-LACKAWANNA RR #1074 Heritage

Description

This Limited Edition barstool features an original actual real life photo image – not AI produced – of the NS NORFOLK SOUTHERN-LACKAWANN RR #1074, an EMD SD-70ACE diesel – shown on the former PRR’s (now NS) Horseshoe Curve in PA,  painted in the original DELAWARE LACKAWANNA & WESTERN/LACKAWANNA road freight and road passenger diesel colors of maroon and grey, first used in 1945 on the LACKAWANNA’s EMD FT A-B-A diesel sets and in 1951 on FAIRBANKS-MORSE Trainmaster diesels. A variation of this grey/maroon paint scheme was later adopted by the merged ERIE and LACKAWANNA RR’s starting in the mid/late 1960’s.
