This Limited-Edition barstool features an exclusive actual original real life photographic image – not AI created – of the UNION PACIFIC RR UP #4014, the “Big Boy”, steam locomotive built 1n 1941 at the American Locomotive Works-ALCO plant in Schenectady, NY. This photo depicts the first steam-up operation on #4014 after rebuilding. One of only 25 “Big Boy” locomotives built exclusively for the UP RR and the only one still in operation today (2026), the #4014 will power a train across the United States from California to Philadelphia, PA as part of the celebration to commemorate America’s 250th Birthday. Weighing 1.2 million pounds – 132ft 9 1/4in long, carrying 6,500 gallons of oil and 25,000 gallons of water in its tender, the “Big Boy” 4-8-8-4 articulated was the largest and is the heaviest steam locomotive in operation (2026) ever built.
